About Me

I’ve always believed real estate should feel a lot more personal than transactional.

I’m Alex Warner, a Space Coast Realtor helping buyers and sellers throughout Viera, Melbourne, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding Brevard County area.

My approach is pretty simple: be available, tell the truth, and give people the information they need to make a confident decision. Sometimes that means helping a buyer recognize the right house. Sometimes it means telling a seller something they may not necessarily want to hear about price or condition. Either way, my job is to protect my clients and make sure there are as few surprises as possible.

I know this area well, I understand the local market, and I genuinely enjoy helping people figure out where they fit here.

Whether you’re moving across town, relocating to Florida, buying your first home or getting ready to sell, I want the process to feel straightforward, informed and a lot less stressful.
